Grade-Curve Scaler
Flat-add, square-root, or linear rescale-to-target-mean grade curve, clamped to [0, 100]. Estimate only; the instructor's gradebook governs.
Formula and source
Flat: new = raw + k. Square-root: new = 10 * sqrt(raw). Linear rescale: a = (100 - target)/(100 - mean), b = 100(1 - a), new = raw*a + b (class mean -> target, 100 anchored at 100). All clamped to [0, 100].
Standard psychometric score-scaling methods (flat, square-root, linear rescale), by practice.
