Five bedroom-count columns (0BR / 1BR / 2BR / 3BR / 4BR) published per area. FMR Areas are typically MSAs, HUD Metro FMR Areas (which subdivide an MSA where rent differs by sub-area), or counties for non-metropolitan FMR Areas.
